info@basilico.ieDerrykeel Farm was established in 2017 by Fabiano Mulas and Valerie Woodlock from Basilico Restaurant, Oranmore. Basilico has a farm to fork philosophy and growing their own produce has been a long-term dream following a rich family tradition on both sides of their families, both in Italy and Ireland.
Their commitment to local, seasonal and homegrown is one that has won them the Bord Bia just Ask Restaurant if the Month in February 2019 along with many other awards for their quality including an AA Rosette and just recently they have been shortlisted for an Award by Aer Lingus.
This year our pop-up restaurant at the farm will launch in September and they look forward to entertaining diners for a unique Gastronomy experience at the farm in the capable hands of Fabiano and Paolo.
They look forward to welcoming guests to Basilico in Campagnia.
